I recently took the opportunity to have an aura photo (thanks to Eleanor & Les of Aspirit) and a reading from Eleanor. It was wonderful to see the colours in my picture. I feel they were certainly true of my aura just as I was opening up to do Spirit readings at Shaw Spiritualist Church’s Psychic Fair (thanks Sue, Susan & Stuart for the kind welcome). My colours are a reflection of my general personality & it was lovely to have Eleanor read for me. She offered me a new way of seeing some old, stuck issues based on what she interpreted from my aura & from Spirit. I really enjoyed this experience.

Many people dismiss the idea that we are a walking energy field that can be sensed & measured but this is what Spirit use to connect with us so messages & information can be passed on.  Our aura also contains the energy record of all of our experiences (good & bad) & information about our personality/abilities.  It can be really helpful to find out what colours are showing in your aura;  a reading can identify blocks in the energy flow & you might be guided to ways to clear these. You can also work with your aura yourself to help the energy flow as it should.
